Refund policy

At ONEX SPORTS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Window

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Unfortunately, if 7 days have passed since the product was delivered, we will not be able to offer a return, exchange, or refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items received with the order.
The product should not show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Customized or personalized products.
Products modified as per customer request.
- Custom-printed jerseys
- Custom-strung badminton or tennis rackets
- Cricket bat knocking
- Name engraving
- Any made-to-order product
Gift Cards (if applicable)

Customized products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

A partial refund may be issued in the following situations:

The returned product is not in its original condition.
The product is damaged due to customer misuse.
Parts, accessories, or packaging are missing.
The return does not fully comply with our return policy.

The refund amount will be determined after inspection by our team.

Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via Email or WhatsApp regarding:

Approval of your refund
Rejection of your refund (with reason, if applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc.).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds for COD orders will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on ONEX SPORTS.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

Check your bank account.
Contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.
If the issue still persists, please contact our support team.

Exchanges & Replacements

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

You may request an exchange if:

You received a damaged product.
You received the wrong product.
You received a defective product.
You require a size exchange (subject to stock availability).

Replacement requests are subject to product availability.

If the same product is unavailable, we may offer:

A replacement with a similar product.
Store Credit.
Refund (where applicable).

Gifts

If the product was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an eligible return may be processed as Store Credit or Gift Credit.

If the product was not marked as a gift during purchase, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support before sending the product.

After your return request is approved, our support team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Important Notes

Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to:
- Wrong product delivered.
- Damaged product received.
- Manufacturing defect.
For products valued above ₹2,000, we recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.
ONEX SPORTS is not responsible for returned shipments lost during transit if shipped without tracking.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Customized or personalized products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
